The real SAF TV interface, built from the release source.
Loading SAF TV
The real SAF OS build in demo mode. Video thumbnails are stand-ins; on your server the rows come from your own config.
Description
Every TV in the map runs SAF OS, a smart TV home screen. Walk up to a TV, use it, and the whole room watches with you.
Synced for everyone
- Videos, radio and web pages play at the same moment for every player nearby
- Sound comes from the TV and fades with distance
- Players who walk in late join at the right spot
Use the TV itself
- The camera frames the screen and you point, click, scroll and type on it
- Arrow keys and Enter work like a remote
- A clean remote panel for search and links
Apps
- Vinewood Video: YouTube rows, browse and search
- Weazel News and CNT: news channels
- Eyefind: a web browser on the TV
- Radio: 8 stations from the game
- Media Player: any video, music or stream link
- Live TV: paste an IPTV playlist (
.m3u) and get a channel guide with logos, categories and search - Settings, a clock and a screensaver
Placeable TVs
- Four TV items players set up on floors, tables, shelves or walls
- A see-through preview follows where you look, snaps flat to walls, turns to face you on tables
- Saved over restarts, picked up with the target eye or a command
- Limits per player, staff can pick up anyone's
No setup
- No API keys. YouTube search and rows run through your server, cached
- The TV page is hosted over https by your own server automatically, so YouTube plays without a website (or point it at your own CDN in one line)
- No database needed
Showcase tour
One key makes the TV drive itself through every app with a pointer, as if someone were using it, while the camera drifts around. Made for recording your server trailer.
Works with
- Frameworks: Qbox, QBCore, ESX, ND Core, ox_core or standalone, detected on its own
- Inventories: ox_inventory, qb-inventory, ps-inventory, lj-inventory, qs-inventory, codem-inventory, core_inventory, tgiann-inventory, jaksam_inventory, origen_inventory, the ESX inventory, or none
- Optional ox_target or qb-target for "Pick up TV"
- Item files and item pictures for every inventory included

For developers

GetPlacedTvs,RemovePlacedTv - Open
bridge/andcustom/folders: plug in any framework or inventory with a few short functions, and updates never overwrite your changes
